Crowe BPG advises Public Cloud Group on the acquisition of kreuzwerker GmbH

Crowe BPG advised Public Cloud Group (“PCG”) in connection with the acquisition of the shares in kreuzwerker GmbH (“XW”) based in Berlin.

With a portfolio designed to accompany companies of all sizes on their cloud journey and the expertise of numerous certified experts with whom customers and partners enjoy working, PCG has positioned itself as a reliable and trustworthy partner for hyperscalers.

kreuzwerker GmbH has been a renowned AWS partner since 2010 and currently holds the status of AWS Advanced Consulting Partner. It accompanies a large number of customers through its cloud-native portfolio, which is based on AWS cloud migration, modernization and development of applications as well as managed services, among other things. These services are fully aligned with PCG's portfolio, which is an ideal complement and extension.

The integration of XW into PCG creates the largest AWS partner in the DACH region that specializes purely in public cloud solutions. This partnership not only brings with it concentrated expertise and synergies on a technical and human level, but also sends a clear signal for further growth and innovation.
