Crowe advises HEINKEL Group on the sale to De Dietrich Process Systems

Crowe advised HEINKEL Group, a premium provider of solid-liquid separation solutions and drying and mixing systems, on its sale to De Dietrich Process Systems, a global leader in equipment and process solutions.

The HEINKEL Group is a pan-European solution provider for high-quality separation, drying and mixing technology, operating under the four renowned brands HEINKEL, COMBER, BOLZ-SUMMIX and JONGIA. With its centrifuges, (filter) dryers and agitators, the group covers the value chains of selected process industries, in particular the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, and is complemented by a comprehensive after-sales and service business. De Dietrich Process Systems has been supplying high-quality systems and process solutions to the chemical, pharmaceutical and related industries for decades.

This strategic merger enables De Dietrich to offer its customers the most comprehensive range of premium solutions on the market. The group will become the global leader in solid-liquid separation and drying of active ingredients, while expanding its commitment to local production with four additional European production sites and strengthening its presence in Asia and the US.
