Crowe BPG signs rental agreement for Deiker Höfe in Düsseldorf

Krefeld, June 24, 2024 - Crowe BPG has signed a lease for around 2,300 square meters of office space in the Deiker Höfe in Düsseldorf. The lease was signed by the Black Horse Group. Crowe BPG will move into the new office space from April 2025 and combine the existing locations in Krefeld and Düsseldorf with around 100 employees.

Deiker Höfe is a new, attractive urban quarter that offers a wide range of benefits and provides a full range of local amenities. These include a hotel, a daycare center, a bakery, a pharmacy, medical practices, a fitness studio, restaurants, a supermarket and much more. The district has been awarded DGNB Gold certification, which means that in addition to its modern architectural appearance, it also impresses with its sustainability.
